Hi, I am new here. What does it mean you can use things in the construction but not the solution?

"in construction" but "not solution" means the items cannot be part of the final structure -- for example, if a challenge calls for building a string bridge, it may say scissors can be used in construction but not the solution. A bridge that used scissors as part of the support structure would be creating a solution using scissors. A bridge that was made entirely of cut string would be using scissors in construction but not the solution.
